Organizational Re-Structuring

The anatomy of the organization- Organizational Structure should not be used only as a means of creating departments and positioning human resource, rather it is the superior toolkit for addressing organizational functions rightly and brining required job satisfaction.
It is the strength of IPD, to follow appropriate approaches of organizational designing / redesigning and to outcome/ produce/develop the customized and proper organizational structure that will facilitate appropriate combination as well coordination of  the organizational functions and enhance employee satisfaction through establishing clear line of  authority, exact  job description, clear career path .
