1. Professor Dr. Mohammed Abdullah Mamun

Professor Dr. M A Mamun is the Director & Chief Consultant of IPD. After completing bachelor and masters in Management, he started career as Management Trainee of NESTLE Product Marketing Company.  He also worked for other two leading business organizations for two years. Thereafter he joined in the Department of Management of University of Chittagong. During this time he has received his MBA from Vrije Universiteit Brussels (VUB), Brussels Belgium. Later he had completed PhD in Corporate Social Responsibility. He published research papers in leading indexed journal. He also worked as resource in national and international conferences.

After serving a long time as an extra ordinary expert in the department, he joined as a faculty member in School of Business, Curtin University of Technology, Australia, Sarawak Campus, Malaysia. During his job tenure at Curtin University of Technology, he has gained exhaustive knowledge and experience in corporate practices using contemporary business education.  He also worked for the Department of Business Administration, IIUM, Malaysia as faculty member.

             

 He returned to Bangladesh occupying the post of Chief Executive Officer of Chittagong Stock Exchange Ltd. As the CEO he was directly involved in all kind of corporate practices like Recruitment & Selection, Strategic Planning & Implementation, Executive Retention Policy, Training & Development Practice, Organizational Redesign, Team Building, Managing Corporate Culture.

During his 25 years of career path, he has worked with multiple Business Scholars as well as Consultants who have numerous contributions in Business Organizations that are operating in Bangladesh, Malaysia, India, Australia, Singapore, and Thailand.

2.     Mr. Soumittta Chowdury

He is an international consultant of IPD. He has received his MBA from Webster University Thailand. He has started his career with Sillage Bank limited, Bangkok, Thailand.

He has served a wide variety of business organization & business education centre in Bangladesh, Singapore, Thailand, Vietnam, and India. He has outmost experience in the field of Professional Efficiency, Managing Business Performance, Managing Challenges of Change, Branding Organization, and Entrepreneurship.

His management consulting service is usually used by firms operating in Singapore, Thailand, Vietnam, India, and Nepal. His consulting service mainly focus on systematic identification of training needs along with the person to be trained, Providing Need based Training, Management Contract to increase turnover.

   3. Mr. S.M Sharfuddin Ahmad Mahi,

MBA (CU), Certified SCM (ITC, Geneva); CSCM-(USA) Supply Chain practitioner.

Mr. Sharfuddin Mahi is one, who has professional certificate on “Certified Supply Chain Manager” from International Supply Chain Education Alliance, Cleveland, Ohio, USA. He also completed his Global Diploma from Supply Chain Management (IPSCM) of ITC/UNCTAD/WTO, Geneva. With an exposure and hands-on research with global blue-chip companies standard, such as Wal-Mart US; K-Mart; GAP, he prepared the compliance checklist for the renowned RMG industries of CEPZ. A true practitioner  with a true passion on Supply Chain & Global Logistics; professionally trained by local & foreign experts with a proven track record in different project accomplishments having 5 years of work experience. Mr. Sharfuddin Mahi, currently has been working as Production & Procurement Planner with MJL Bangladesh Ltd. a certified & License of Exxon Mobil. This was.

In his career he designed strategies to ensure Efficient Supply Chain Network, WMS, EDI, VMI, and PPC. Procurement in different industries (RMG, Pharma, Steel & Real State) to define 7-step strategic sourcing process, implement, and coordinate sourcing strategies and to obtain maximum value from suppliers.

Mr. Sharfuddin Mahi started his career with GlaxoSmithKline Bangladesh Ltd. Then with the passes time of he got the expertise working with RANGS; BSRM exploiting position of Supply Chain In charge. In his career track he has obtained “Green Belt” certification; Internal Audit certification & TOT certification on modular learning system on Supply Chain Management (IPSCM) of ITC/UNCTAD/WTO course. Last 14^th February 2011, he awarded as Best Supply Chain Practitioner by ISCEA & TNT Express in Hotel Radisson, Dhaka.

4.    Mr. Md. Mafuzul Huq

He is an Associate consultant of IPD. He has completed his MBA major in HRM at University of Chittagong. He has successfully completed the HR project as the Team Leader at Chittagong Stock Exchange Ltd. In the project his major contribution was in redesigning of compensation package, preparing policy regarding HR planning, Recruitment & Selection, Training & Development, Employee Orientation, Promotion, Transfer, Leave, Termination and organizational restructuring.

In a joint effort he has developed the performance appraisal form for CSE that is used in CSE to appraise the performance of executive for the year 2011.

              In addition he is contributing significantly in the present management contract

             with Sagor Niloy Pvt. Ltd. (proposed) by preparing the project proposal,

             suggesting valuable insights regarding company policies.   

He has been engaged in preparing development project paper, training & development material and other promotional documents of IPD efforts.
