Training Need Assessment


Employees’ best possible talents and efficiency in work performance are not being achieved due to poor assessment approach deployed to identify training needs. Reviewing the specific job; analyze the needs of trainers; develop measurable knowledge or performance objectives after a regular interval can lead to quality training need assessment.
